This work is for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma responses, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, grief, and the quiet sense of being “not quite okay.” Sessions are especially supportive for those navigating addiction recovery, grief, and identity transitions.

Sessions are 50 minutes, available in person (by arrangement) or through secure telehealth across India.
