Individual Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma, and Burnout
In one-to-one sessions, we move at your pace. Using a blend of trauma-informed care,
humanistic therapy, and CBT strategies, we build practical tools for daily
life while making room for the deeper story underneath.
This work is for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma responses, burnout, life transitions,
relationship stress, grief, and the quiet sense of being “not quite okay.”
Sessions are especially supportive for those navigating addiction recovery, grief, and identity transitions.
Sessions are 50 minutes, available in person (by arrangement) or through secure telehealth
across India.

Expressive Arts
Art Therapy — Healing Beyond Words
You do not need to be an artist. This is not about creating beautiful artwork. It is about expressing what
feels difficult to say.
Art therapy uses creative expression as a pathway to emotional awareness. When language feels tight or
incomplete, color, texture, and form can hold what words cannot yet name.
Expressive arts can be woven into individual therapy or explored as a central focus — always with consent,
pacing, and attention to safety.
Many clients find expressive work especially supportive for trauma processing, emotional regulation, and
reconnecting with a sense of self.

Group Counseling — Healing in Community
There is profound healing in being witnessed by others who understand. In a small, facilitated group, you
can discover you are not alone — and that shared experience can soften shame and build courage.
Groups integrate psychoeducation, expressive arts activities, and guided reflection in a confidential
environment.
