We move strictly at your pace, without judgment and without any pressure to "perform."
In these one-on-one sessions, we work collaboratively to understand your unique story. Sometimes that means gently untangling complicated thoughts and patterns, and other times it means exploring creative ways to express what words can’t quite capture.
